Work Experience

Claudio Bearth has been working in quality management in the medical device industry since 1997. First as product manager at a Swiss endoprosthetics manufacturer, then as quality manager and head of quality management systems at a leading global in vitro diagnostics manufacturer. 

Since 2012, he has worked as a consultant, trainer, and auditor at inmedis GmbH and, as a company partner, is also responsible for human resources. During this time, he has accompanied and supported various companies in setting up and successfully certifying their management system according to ISO 13485 as well as ISO 9001 and assisted them in internal strategy developments. During this time, he worked as quality manager ad-interims in various companies and was teaching for several years as a freelance lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Bern.
